The Public Vehicle Service Kenya (NTSA) on Friday, April 28, gave a three-step cycle to Kenyans trying to change their telephone number on the e-Resident stage.

In an explanation, the power guided distressed clients to a warning after questions emerged following the failure of the impacted people to refresh their data on the web.
NTSA encouraged intrigued people to compose an email to support@ecitizen.go.ke and demand a difference in telephone number.
All candidates were then encouraged to connect a duplicate of their ID as well as other significant records.

Ultimately, the candidates were coordinated to give the new telephone number to guarantee a smooth exchange of subtleties.
