Former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel shall be back on the ground since leaving Chelsea as a coach with this time being on the wheel with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munchen. Bayern shall be playing championship rivals Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
Speaking before to the game, the 49-year-old also disclosed that he was fired following a brief discussion.
“That surprised me. Strangely, I felt it as I drove to the training facility,” he told the press.
“The meeting we had seemed strange since it was so brief. Three to five minutes passed during it.
Following a 1-0 Champions League loss to Dinamo Zagreb, Tuchel was fired by the Blues.
“The choice had been made, and we were all shocked by it, to be honest. I also didn’t feel like talking for much longer,” he added.

As one of three championships won at Stamford Bridge in 20 months, Tuchel won the Champions League with Chelsea in May 2021. After that season, he was named World Coach of the Year.

Tuchel stated, “It still aches in a way. “I don’t get to see these individuals every day. I adore my work. I’m passionate about it.
“Under the circumstances, we developed a remarkable friendship. We began there during Covid and Brexit, and after that, the ownership changed.
“We were a really powerful group, and I didn’t have the authority to make this choice. This group, which I no longer belonged to, had the atmosphere of a family.
