Eyes on Redemption

They will face stiff competition from top clubs including Zamalek SC, Al Ahly SC, and Alexandria SC, all from Egypt.
Kenya Well Represented

This highlights the country’s growing dominance in African women’s volleyball.
Key Boosts and Notable Absences
KCB will be strengthened by the return of Kenyan international Esther Mutinda, while libero Josephine Kataa adds depth in defence.
Middle blocker Mildred Cherop also rejoins the squad after a stint in the UAE.
However, the team will miss captain Edith Wisa, who is unavailable due to personal reasons.
Assistant coach David Kinga expressed confidence in the team’s preparation:
“We have had good preparations, and the players are motivated. The competition will be tough, but we are ready to fight for a strong finish.”
Strong Form at Home
Locally, KCB has been in solid form and is currently preparing for a Kenya Cup quarterfinal clash against Kenya Defence Forces Volleyball Team.
In the national league standings, the bankers sit fourth with 10 points, behind DCI, Post Bank, and Kenya Prisons Volleyball Club.
